Lake Ontario.

This is a photo I snapped about 20 years ago. I’m pleased at how well the photo came out, considering digital camera technology at the time. This is one of my favorite places in the world. It is Southwick Beach State Park along the eastern shore of Lake Ontario. I have countless great memories associated with Southwicks, and as a lad that grew up along the shores of Lake Ontario, I can tell you something with dead certainty: It is Lake Ontario. It will also be Lake Ontario. It was called Lake Ontario long before the United States of America belched out its first colony. Here’s the thing, just because some asshole was told he has some sort of magic sharpie he thinks he can start renaming things all over the planet because he’s deluded himself to thinking he’s something special. He’s not. He’s an asshole with a sharpie. It’s a shame this asshole with a sharpie doesn’t possess a clue. The man has no clue.
