Still Waiting 0 ▲ The Art of Noticing 1 hour ago · Life · hide · 0 comments On a bike ride the other day I “caught the bridge” — that is, the drawbridge over the industrial canal on the border of my neighborhood went up. I had to wait. It was a perfect Museum of Waiting moment: time to make the most of an unwelcome' delay. (I wrote about the Museum of Waiting here.) Stuck, I zoned in on the cause of the delay: apparently, a barge-load of crushed cars. Where are they going I wonder?As the barge crawled by, my mood shifted from impatient to oddly contemplative, even relaxing.
