Shitao – Character 0, Weapon 1

This has been burning a hole in my inbox so apologies for the delay, Shitao. The French producer sent me his album in January, entitled Character 0, Weapon 1. It’s a Sega Mega Drive RPG-inspired project with a moody atmosphere throughout and interspersed with little Anglo-French vocal samples. If you’re a fan of games like Shining Force and broody downtempo, you’ll enjoy this. It’s certainly fitting in with this overcast rainy day I’m having.
