👋🏻 It has been a minute, hasn't it? My next essay was not "a combination of another striking moment in Journey and save files on my copy of A Link to the Past named 'GRAMPS' and 'FARTR.'"1 Instead, I workshopped my previously canned essay about how I Played God of War: Ragnarök Wrong (and you probably did too). After that, I started reworking my mythical Memento and TLOUPII script, but along the way I got distracted. Before I published my Ragnarök essay, I built an app—perhaps "directed" is a more apt term. I directed the creation of DDDS, a macOS app for capturing your modded 3DS. It's what I always wanted in an app like this that no developer was ever going to make for the Mac. If you are inside the niche of Mac users with a modded 3DS console, this is for you. Since the end of July, I have been distracted from essay work.
