coffee shop friday - wkly review 08.28

Peixoto Coffee Roasters - Chandler, Arizona This Friday, I am back in a familiar (and happy space). Sitting at a window bar at my favorite coffee shop, enjoying an espresso tonic. I used to hang out here nearly every Saturday morning, writing about public education. That was when blogging was popular, X was Twitter, and there still seemed to be a modicum of common sense and decency in the world. My blog, molehills out of mountains, actually had a decent following and was a great tool for interacting with other educators. You can check out the remnants, but it has not been updated in years. Probably time to disable it. No pining about public education, today. Just a few thoughts as I wrap up my week. I've added a blog(post)roll to my site. In the past I would have shared posts on social media, but until I find a platform to my liking (common sense and decency), I'll just add them to my blog(post)roll.
