simple life, happy life

the saying goes something like “happy wife, happy life” and the improved version is “happy spouse, happy house” i appreciate that i don’t need much to be happy. i don’t know if i would call it a privilege. but i am blessed for sure not needing much seems unfair what about this? what about that? no thanks - not needed in my life but because i value a simple life, i might be hesitant to commit to someone else? since relationships can complicate things
