The Book of Temples Chapter 35

Hand and Knife’s People living on mainland received wandering strangers. They claimed to be from a distant tower temple of Greedy Noble. They wished to acquire beautiful things like art, treasure and jewelry. Hand and Knife’s People were eager to trade for goods they had never seen. The visitors then also requested artisans, craftsmen and such. Their Child God wanted these people at home to create more wondrous things. Their wish was declined. No person wanted to leave with these odd strangers. Their demeanor changed when they were denied. Greedy Noble’s People were wroth. But they departed with no violence done. Laden with treasure and more. For they had dealt with the healthy people though Wasting Slumber still raged. They contracted disease and had no symptoms until they were gone from there.
