2026/08/26 Wednesday So practicing a continuous line, trying to do a minimalist drawing, like it was so popular in the '60s and '70s among upper-class intellectuals and artists to show how effortlessly they could sketch a masterpiece, from architects to stylists to fucking Picasso, drawing on a napkin, drinking expensive whiskey on a penthouse, discussing Karl Marx and the plight of the working class... My lines were poor, but after taking a picture, removing the background in Photopea and applying that effect to look like I had a better pen... I'm feeling fancy now! If I was the kind of person capable of keeping practicing, I could be going somewhere... but these 10min of trying are probably my peak for life now.
