I’ve been visiting relatives who watch youtube on the tv with no adblocker. Now, I haven’t really used youtube in the last six years or so, but I don’t remember it being… like this. Literally 50% of the ads are AI generated scams. And the other ones are stuff like, trying to market JIF to the upscale dining market??? Like, no, that’s peanut butter. It’s not fancy. It doesn’t belong on the charcuterie board. It’s peanut butter.
