linkding is one of the best self-hosted apps you can run. Stores links forever, API/full control over your data, tags, full snapshot exports if you want them, FF extensions, iOS apps. Less fussy than read-it-later services since everything is just a link regardless of where it comes from. Basically everything you need to never lose a thing.
