On the hunt for a good notebook and pen

As much as I love having this blog and sharing my thoughts online, I’ve always wanted to keep a proper private, handwritten journal just for me. Granted nobody else will be able to read my handwriting so that’s the privacy sorted. Anyway, in order to get started with my journal adventures I’d like to purchase a good, lined notebook. I’m open to suggestions on sizes etc. So please throw any recommendations my way. Also I’d like a nice pen to write with if possible. I’m not interested in fountain pens, just a good sturdy ball point or something. Send them my way. Hails! Reply by email
