Christina Solis Caron played the role of Baby Doll in the cult classic movie Mi Vida Loca (1993). Mi Vida Loca is a groundbreaking film in the history of movies about Chicanos, as it follows the everyday lives of Chicana gang members in Echo Park in Los Angeles. In addition to Mi Vida Loca, she also made notable guest appearances on such TV shows as Married with Children, Silk Stalkings, Chicago Hope, and 7th Heaven and appeared in such movies as Out for Justice (1991) and Quiet Days in Hollywood (1997).
