More old cars on HP5 Plus 0 ▲ Down the Road 1 hour ago · Art · hide · 0 comments Here are images from the second roll of Ilford HP5 Plus I shot at the car show. I used my Pentax 645 and my 75mm f/2.8 SMC Pentax-A 645 lens. I developed in Clayton F76+ 1+9. I liked how these rolls of HP5 Plus turned out in Clayton F76+. Grain and contrast were controlled, and it didn’t take much post-processing to make these images satisfy me. I’ll make a mental note to keep using this combo. There were a couple of Auburns present. Even though they were made in Indiana, they’re not exactly common at shows. The owner of this particular Auburn noticed me photographing this detail and questioned why I’d want to do that. Man, if you have to ask. The car I was happiest to see, however, was this little Corolla wagon. I remember when these roamed the earth in great numbers. I was trying to find a good composition of this truck hood with its engine, and I’m not sure I succeeded. This Shelby Mustang was parked abutting a hill, which let me get this neat vantage point.
