The Primark bra was suggested as a 'sleep bra' to help me with my difficulty finding a comfortable sleeping position - which the doctor dismissed as my needing to "get used to a different body shape". However this soft support has miraculously allowed me to get back to sleeping on my side. I wore the first bra - the one with the supplied padding removed - on the first evening without any drama. The band kept rolling up a bit because it was being pushed up by my fat belly, but it was keeping my breasts firmly in their place. My nipples were clearly visible through the bra cup, but not through a tee shirt. My wife found a Primark bra that had some thin removable padding - putting that in this bra worked a treat.
