Without further ado: Learn to learn. When starting a new thing have the mentality that you will inevitably fail/fuck up a considerable amount in the beginning and accept it. You will get better. Manage your money as well as possible. Try to take as little debt as possible, don't spend on useless things, but also enjoy on your hard earned money. If you can avoid having a car, do yourself a favor and don't buy one. If you must have one, don't overstretch yourself on a fancy one (learned it the hard way myself). Have at least some knowledge of as many areas as possible. First of all, read. Secondly, try to read both fiction and nonfiction. Third, try to read the classics too.
