My Gynaecomastia Clothing Exploration

I'm still (obviously) working out my clothing strategy. This post looks at the various types of breast support I've tried, and what works for me. What works for me, may not work for you. The M&S bras that I bought first are excellent. Not at all sweaty and they fit. The monster sports bra has lightly moulded padding and the 'invisible' one works a treat with the thin padding from a Primark crop top. The original M&S padding is too curvy Both of these bras reduce nipple sensitivity to zero as they have a degree of padding. I'm wearing Primark crop tops in bed, despite them being rather thick. The ones I was given have lost much of their original elasticity, so I bought some new ones - complete with padding. These are really good in bed and might also work for daytime at a pinch even though they haven't got much support. I've got a pack of three cheap(ish) Amazon sports bras that are lightly padded and very supportive, but are definitely boil-in-bag devices. Who knew tits could sweat so…
