Homelab Architecture - History

This is a history of my homelab, since about 2008, arranged chronologically. Formerly, this was a post on imgur, but I’m porting it over here for posterity sake. Enjoy! 2008 Homelab version alpha This cabinet was all full of old Athlon XP, pentium 3 and 4 systems doing folding at home, mostly running a custom persistent TinyCore build just for this purpose. Buried in there somewhere is the 24 port gigabit tp-link dumb switch that would be the core of my homelab for quite a few years.
