Day 192: Drained Creek Four

2026-08-17Hello!I found more images on this creek in the woods. I don't have much else to say, but I find the act of writing itself to be a bit soothing during such a busy month, so here I am.When I get the time, I do plan on asking the ground keepers (or whoever is in charge of preserving this land) what happened to the creek. It could be as dull as "it hasn't rained enough this past week" or I could get a detailed response that points to multiple factors. I'm still hoping for the former, because it would suggest that the creek could return any day rather than leaving this permanent scar on the trail.If the creek does return to its former glory (or any other big changes happen to the woods), I'll come back and continue taking photos here.
