week 34 2026

17th august to 23rd august what i did i am so very tired from my trip. i believe i picked up some bug on my way home, as i've spent more time in bed that usual since my return. thus i watched the entirety of the Pitt. I don't think it was made to be binged as it is almost too depressing in one go, but I am looking forward to the next season. i tried out an app called Thock, but it had a weird interaction when music was playing and sometimes the sounds would ramp up à la Talking Carl, so now I'm using Klack. Thock had more options1 and was free, but Klack is much more stable. what i read i read Karaoke Iko! and Famiresu Iko! by Wayama Yama. I liked it a lot, though it was very, very short, much shorter than i was expecting. I can see why people are so rabid about it. i also read House of Leaves! i have a Lot of thoughts about it2 but will need to sit with it for a goodly while i let it all process. it was also really humbling and delightful to look it up afterwards online and see…
