WAP5 Model Rail 🚂

It’s here! This is an absolute piece of beauty and I can already imagine how this could be a wicked good hobby! So many ideas on how I want to stage this! This whole kit came decently packed but I did have to super-glue some components that had popped off or broken during transit. The WAP5 kit has the WAP5 Engine, 3 LHB Rajdhani coaches and an 18 inch radius oval track. For now, I’ve staged all of these scaled models in an infento case and over the next several days, I plan to design a modular and portable diorama so I can easily dismantle and store them. The engine zooms on these tracks and barely derails. The coaches on the other hand seem to be extremely sensitive to non-straight tracks. Quite likely because they’re so light [ ~100 gms]! I need to make sure when I set these rails in a diorama, I tether them to the base and then maybe add some extra load to make the coaches glide on the rails.
