Having trouble adding users and domains in GPT V2?

Multiple folks have reached out asking why they're having trouble adding new domains or users in the new Google Postmaster Tools (GPT) V2 interface. In my own testing, adding domains and users generally does work, but with a few notable quirks.The primary issue is a UI refresh glitch that, I think, leads to user confusion. When you add a new domain or user, the screen doesn't automatically update. You'll see a short status notification (a "toast" message) confirming the addition, but the list stays static until you manually exit and reload.These are easy to work around.Domains: After adding a domain, exit the "Add New Domain" screen and reload the "Manage Domains" page.
