August 16-22, 2026 Hello, friends. In all honesty, I feel like I've forgotten how to write here lmao. I've been finding my footing aka trying to relearn how to write (?) ever since I renewed my BearBlog membership this August and evidently, I wasn't able to really sit down and write1 until now. Where do I even begin? I considered for a moment trying to briefly write about what I was up to in the past couple of months. The idea isn't completely off the table but I'm also trying not to feel guilty about taking my time off the internet, even the indie web. I have so many thoughts that I want to further explore and expound in writing. Again, I'm really trying my best to approach this as slowly as possible to keep the pressure off my shoulders2.
