I first spoke to Chi, the owner of Mō Corner (a handmade leather studio for cases for your tech, like iPods, retro handhelds and e-readers), while working on my RG Rotate revisited article, where I wanted to highlight some of the people creating accessories for this wonderfully unusual little handheld. Her handmade leather case caught my attention, but the more I heard about how she makes it, the more I realized there was more of a story behind it.What was supposed to be a few quotes for the article turned into a little chat about leatherworking, craftsmanship, designing for niche handhelds and why something as simple as a case can become part of the experience of owning a device.
