We're at a fair. A family walks by. Or at least, I think it might be a family. It could be two families, who knows? The adults are all women, and I count three kids: two boys and one girl. The two boys seem fascinated by something at their left, seemingly oblivious to anything else but the scene that plays out there in front of them. They know what it is that happens there, but we as the viewer do not. Interestingly, the adults of the group don't seem to notice it. Or they weren't fascinated by it and decided to look elsewhere. Something out of the ordinary for those who've seen it all, but extraordinary to the young eyes. At the same time, the young girl is occupied by a handbag that she took over from the woman on her left. Or maybe she just gave it to her after having held onto it for a while. And what is in the bag, anyway? The outline suggests a big old camera, but I think it's something different. I don't know what, though. The woman on the left of the picture, holding the hand…
