Read what you don't agree with This is a good reminder to read things you don't agree with because the other side is not dumb and it's far too easy to fall into the trap of democratic hubris. We may not export our clearly superior ideas. Our ideas may not even be superior and we shouldn't be surprised when someone else doesn't agree with us. In fact we should celebrate it. If we can have good conversations, as described by Adam Grant in Think Again we should both be able to come to a better understanding of not only our ideas, but ideas that run counter to our own intellectual bent.
