It’s a Friday morning and I’m sitting in front of my work computer, trying to find the energy and motivation to finish the work week on a high note. The week has been mostly productive; we have a lot of processes and such that needed to be addressed and as a team we built these processes and are now trying to make them part of the routine. My mind is already looking forward to the weekend, which doesn’t officially start for a couple of hours. The weather forecast doesn’t show a lot of hope for storms today, but I’m hoping something pops up because I have a new tripod I want to try out and I’ve been really enjoying getting lightning shots this week. Yesterday I drove down to Las Cienegas Conservation Area after work to grab some shots of the area where I’m normally chasing storms. It was a lovely little drive, I got some “B-roll” for an upcoming video and I saw some interesting storm clouds that didn’t really amount to much of anything.
