ESNG meeting – 19 August

A quiet but very pleasant Wednesday afternoon, with just the six regulars present. We ran a few trains, chatted a lot, and enjoyed the fish and chips. Derek had got me the Bachmann collectors club C class in wartime grey. Looks perfect on a short goods train. And a more up-to-date version from Derek…. And even more so, with Chris’ Railtrack rake…. Simon was running a very long train…. Allan sent Emily for a run – complete with last years Stuttgart stickers! At home, I’ve boxed up two modules and got the wood cut (by the timber yard) for the N-club junction. It’s also approaching autumn, and spider herding time!
