Commodore 64 is back in 2026

So, in 2026, we have a new owner of the Commodore trademarks and a new Commodore 64! Well, actually, it is a bundling of a number of already available components into one system.But, whatever. It has the original Commodore logo splashed on it, and the system itself looks exactly like a Commodore 64 breadbin system. In 2026, it is called the Commodore 64 Ultimate.The C64 Ultimate offers many enhancements and modern features to the classic system like SD/USB loading support, ethernet/wifi support, internet connection for downloading software, modern PSU, while still retaining backwards compatibility with C64 peripherals, tape players, Commodore disk drives, cartridges, joysticks, video output, and more.
