The Macbook Air in Carlos‘ response to Michael’s post “My perfect laptop” caught my eye as soon as I saw it. The Macbook (which I will refer to as a “Mac” going forward) in the blog post looks similar to my first Mac. I originally wanted a Mac because I had been following CS193p on YouTube and I wanted to build something along with the course. When I got a Mac I didn’t end up following the course, but my love for programming – specifically for the web – continued to bloom.Here is a photo of my Macbook Air, next to a French Press and in front of a funnel for use with the Aeropress (I had a coffee decoration motif going on at the time), and next to an artificial plant, which brings a bit of colour to the picture:This isn't my "perfect laptop", but rather one I loved.
