NEO v0.3.0

I’ve made some updates since the last blog post about NEO. You can download the current release here. Added the ability to drag and drop bookshelves (I’ve got four shelves going right now, so this is a feature I needed). I also made it so you can export an entire shelf into a single file (for the anthology I’m working on). The last little thing was also for me: NEO was defaulting with a Chapter 1, but I’m writing a lot of short stories now that don’t have any chapters. So the way it works now is you have a title page, hit ENTER, and then get a blank writing screen. No chapters. The first time you create a new chapter (ENTER > ENTER > ENTER), you will create a Chapter 2 and a Chapter 1 up above. It sounds convoluted, but it works like I want it to work for writing novels or short stories. I also gave the Windows version another try, but I still don’t have a local machine to test it on. But it says it compiled and ran on a remote x86 machine, so fingers crossed for anyone who wants to…
