Found this at the HMart in Lynnwood, WA. This one is interesting; it’s an export version, but specifically for where isn’t clear – so it gets the Indonesia checkbox. It’s made in Indonesia, but labeling shows it being for the US market. Let’s cook. Mi ABC Street Noodles Spicy Garlic & Cheese – Indonesia Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodle 3 minutes and drain almost completely. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy! Interesting – the single pack doesn’t have individual labeling! Yeah things like that fascinate me. An instant noodle block. A dual sachet of powder base and fried onion. A sachet of seasoned oil. Finished (click to enlarge). Added scallion, mint, sesame seed, egg, and chicken with cheese. Noodle is quite good – gauge is apt and cradles the flavors nicely. A bit of garlic and a funky cheese flavor but it works. The little crunchy garnish (added after pictures taken) was a nice touch.…
