That Old Radio Still Plays

I’m thrilled to see that Reclaim Hosting still runs the DS106 Radio Summer Camp as a light, low threshold way to gather online about as far from a wall of zoom faces as you can get. It was 12 hours of programming you could just spin the dial to over to https://listen.reclaimed.tech/summer-camp and tune in. Being this week is a camping vacation, I missed nearly all of it, but I was happy to join in with Maren Deepwell for a free form campfire social hour of just blabbing about summer, camping, dogs, not AI, storytelling, needling Jim Groom. We had the ds06 radio time honored tradition of technology “futzing” (mic issues) which there is a place where making mistakes with the tech is laudable.
