Here’s the last of a set of varieties that came in an enormous bucket I found at a local grocery for CNY. These have been pretty good! Let’s try this last one. Added egg, Chinese sausage, basil leaf, sesame seed, and scallion. Noodle is thin and round. Broth is savory with a nice oiliness and Sichuan peppercorn push.
