I enjoying walking. I enjoy just moving my legs, one at a time. A while back, I realized (don’t we all at some point in our lives) that I may not be able to walk well in the future. So, while I still can, maybe I should do more walking. In an unrelated event, I’ve also decided to eat less daily. I am ‘old’ now, and I think a little hunger here and there may be good for my health. Besides, I’ll have less money to spent as I reach retirement, so why not start practicing? And the unintended consequences when I started walking more and eating less? I’ve started losing weight. This walk-more eat-less thing may be the first diet that I’ve tried that seems to be working. Of course, I am not the first person to discover this, demonstrated by the long list of results when I tried to google what the title for this post should be. But I’m glad I’ve stumbled upon this. I do hope I can keep doing this. Wish me luck.
