I brought my big honking Pentax 645 to a car show recently. The only lens I own for it, the 75mm f/2.8 SMC Pentax-A 645, was mounted, and I had spooled some Ilford HP5 Plus inside. I shot two rolls, actually; here are the shots I liked best from the first roll. I’ll share photos from the second roll after I develop and scan it. This Firebird appears at a lot of local shows and I’ve photographed it before. This is the interior of a 1966 AMC Ambassador. A caged light on a little Porsche. I will never not photograph a bug in Herbie livery. Always good to see a 1963 Studebaker Avanti. The tails of these two white cars made a nice composition. The car in front is that AMC Ambassador again. A Ford F-1 just hanging out. An International Scout II. I assume there was a restyle or something that made the II necessary?
