The city hits you with its intense heat, the scent of orange blossoms, and the sound of flamenco guitars emanating from every other door. [The ‘old town’ of] Spain’s fourth-largest city is compact enough to explore in a weekend, yet large enough to make you want to return. In 48 hours in Seville, you can visit the main monuments (the cathedral), you can also explore the tapas bars in Santa Cruz. Our schedule was the following. – 11:30 AM: Depart Conil by car.– 1:30 PM: Arrive near the airport, stop at the gas station to fill up (rental policy applies).– 1:45 PM – 2:00 PM: Formally return the car keys at the airport.– 2:15 PM: Transfer to the city center and your hotel.
