10 days in Spain

I don't know about you but I've spent the last 10 days in Spain. One minute was to see the total eclipse and the rest of the time was a long holiday. BestMate'sOther Half is from the Basque Country so I've had the perfect tour guide, excellent hospitality and a chance to meet all the friends I've long heard about. Over the ten days I've been to four cities, several towns, two UNESCO World Heritage Sites, loads of tourist hotspots and a heck of a lot of cafes/bars/restaurants. I spent most of the time in the Basque Country but also seven hours in France and some time in neighbouring provinces because we drove all over. I also had 10 days off from writing anything, which was lovely but it may take some time to catch up. Expect a dozen or so posts over the next few weeks, but not all in one go because that would be excesivo.
