But Japan doesn't disappoint, and if you know where to look there are so many good coffee spots in Tokyo. There's a big range too, from your traditional kissatens to espresso-based drinks to pour-overs. Usually if we have a free day on the weekend, my husband and I will hop on the train to check out a new cafe somewhere in Tokyo. This then segues into a bit of a walk around the neighborhood, and sometimes even a second cafe visit if we can handle the extra caffeine. I've also gotten recommendations from other coffee-loving friends, and sometimes I'll ask baristas for their opinions on where the best coffee in Tokyo is (since I bet they know the best spots). Over these visits I've started to find there's certain neighbourhoods I keep coming back to. And so rather than just giving you a list of cafes I liked, I instead… No comments yet.
