Maxim said — I’ve tried keeping tasks directly in Obsidian, using Todoist heavily, classic GTD (as much as that’s actually possible), and the PARA method. They’re all good in their own way. At this point, I should probably just admit that every year or year and a half, I simply enjoy switching tools. There be no shame in app-switching, my friends. If you enjoy it and it’s not a covert procrastination technique you engage in weekly, please do embrace the delight that comes with using a new tool. When I first wrote that, I felt that the new tool would ideally be used on your locally stored, future-proofed / plain text compatible lists. You know that’s my jam. But reading the comments on this (and another) post woke up the part of my brain not driven by scarcity, or the fear of losing stuff. After all, I was a task management app… No comments yet.
