A great critic, but one whose work I have not read much ofAnd when I have read it, more often than not I disagree. But that's fine - I don't need to think you are right to get a buzz from how you make your argument. Whether it's opposition to something I hold dear or support of something that mystifies or repels.Like the Monty Python sketch, I am looking to have an argument. I think the very first thing I read by Dave Marsh was his carefully reasoned and backed-up screed against the New Pop Tarts (I think that was his coinage). A/k/a the Second British Invasion.
