We last covered Fraser Peck in a post two months ago, noting that it was reported he’d been banned from hospitality events hosted by the City of London council including dinners at the Mansion House & Guildhall due to his involvement in the Guild of Young Freemen (GYF) bullying scandal. We wrote that he should resign as a councillor since the ban would impact his ability to effectively represent his constituents. He chose not to follow our advice. The readers who provided the documents that initialy enabled us to cover the GYF bullying story have continued to send in updates on the main figures involved in the scandal. These include Peck, who as a sitting councillor is the individual of the most interest to us. As we noted when we first wrote about the bullying scandal, we were not able to verify the documents we’d seen and redacted identities from them, but subsequently the material we’d been sent was shown to be authentic – and we and the local press were able to name those involved…
