[FBT] on Eyeballs and Enough

A couple things: Number one: I am not retired! I’m not old or rich enough to retire. I’m taking a sabbatical to learn and grow or whatever. I am working on not allowing other people’s needs or expectations to take up all my time. Truth be told it is not going well. Apparently, if you stop putting your colleagues and clients needs and expectations above your own, you start putting friends and relatives needs and expectations above your own. I have done enough and am enough. My brain has various compartments that have decided to miscommunicate with one another around these facts. The Emotional Regulation Department has not got the memo. Those bureaucrats are poor at collaborating with the rest of the company, I’ll tell you that. They keep sending notices that we’ve still got potential to fulfill. Great novels to write.
