Happy Fri-yayyyyyyyy. Feeling sleepy this morning as I get the day started. I joined my neighborhood cafe's Cup Conversation Club last night where people met to talk about a designated topic, which that evening was travel. It was a chill, small group mix of folks from Taiwan, Thailand, and the U.S. and nice chats were had. Since I had drank many cups of coffee that day during work, I opted for a fruit tea. Afterwards, I headed to Thursday night open mic to watch some standup comedy. One of the comedians asked me to record her set with my phone, which was cool. I felt a little nervous because, truth be told, one of my dreams is to edit a comedy special. Doesn't matter if it's for a huge show or a comedian's YouTube, it's something I really want to try as a fan of comedy, especially when I hear standup comedian podcasters talk about the video editors they work with.
