Two Haunted Ruins (Middle-earth Hexcrawl)

My colleague Warren of ICastLight was kind enough to send me a copy of the MERP module The Haunted Ruins of the Dunlendings. MERP modules can be a little hit or miss, but I thought two of the three adventures were pretty good! Of course, being persnickity, I wanted to inject some modern OSR theory into the dungeons. So I took the opportunity to go ahead and stat these out for Lore, my Lord of the Rings Adventure Retroclone, and expand the Middle-earth Hexcrawl into this as-of-yet uncharted region.As such, I present to you, two haunted ruins.86.98 CABED ANGREN. A small Gondorian mining town in the shadow of the White Mountains, supported by about ten farming homesteads in the surrounding valley. Although too small to have an inn, the town hosts one of Gondor's three Juggler's Colleges (the others are in Pelargir and Cobas Haven), which has a guest house.
