But first, let me begin by talking a bit about my history with journalling. I wasn’t always a regular daily diarist, though I’ve always kept some kind of a record of my life in ways sporadic and diverse, whether through occasional notebook braindumps, journalling apps, or writing in a dedicated paper planner like the Hobonichi Techo. I still love the Techo and would recommend to anyone just getting started with journalling, as the one-page-a-day format makes it feel very easy to write with. The paper is nice, the form factor is friendly and portable, and the page looks so tiny it’s not at all intimidating to just write something on it and call it your entry for the day, even if it’s just a line or two. I can’t remember when I started journalling regularly on a daily basis, but the earliest of my journals in Obsidian dates to 2022, so… No comments yet. Log in to reply on the Fediverse.
