NewSheep: forking SheepShaver to boot New World Mac OS 9.2 on Apple Silicon + JIT

Six weeks ago I wrote a note about going down the stack: SheepShaver booted Mac OS 9.0.4 on Apple Silicon with a native JIT, and 9.2 was the thing I still could not do. That post ended with "I think I could crack 9.2, too."
