Angry Miao Dry Studio Battleye 75 HE R2 keyboard review

This is nearly a 75% board with the width of a 65% one. That welcome reduction in desk area is offset somewhat by the big round touchscreen that projects from the upper left corner. I’d be happier if the display were removed and replaced by a knob and a pushbutton for changing profiles. The other salient (to a creative worker as opposed to a gamer) specs CNC aluminum case Hall effect South-facing LEDS Web configurator Wired-only I removed the transparent caps the board shipped with and replaced them with TacType zirconia alphanumerics and mostly Awekeys black titanium modifiers. The feel is crisp, and the board is pretty loud with this keycap set, which I don’t mind at all. The problem, as with the other Dry Studio board I use, is the configuration software. It is buggy, and in this case is missing a crucial feature: the ability to assign different lighting to different profiles. Good idea. Nice board.
