An interesting email this morning from W. C. Muenchow IV of truetestament.org: I’m writing to let you know about … the first complete English translation of Adolf von Harnack’s textual reconstruction of Marcion’s Bible, built largely from close analysis of Tertullian’s five books against Marcion, together with Epiphanius and the Dialogue of Adamantius. Harnack’s reconstruction — the Apostolikon (Paul’s ten letters as Marcion had them) and the Evangelion (Marcion’s Luke) — comes from the appendices to Marcion: Das Evangelium vom fremden Gott (1921) and has never before been translated into English in full. We’ve also translated his 1923 follow-up pamphlet, Neue Studien zu Marcion. Everything is free at truetestament.org The website is very smart, and you can download the whole thing as a PDF (I have tried this) or purchase a printed version. Obviously this is a labour of love by an enthusiast, but none the worse for that. Might be useful!
