2026 Week 33 Links

Some Blaugust-related links and the usual mix. Going into Week 2 of Blaugust, a few relevant links that have popped up: owls has posted to make note a few sites who joined blaugust but don't have RSS feeds. Owl created the 'Blaugust firehose' OPML file so you can import them all in one go. bubbles.town - a link aggregator not dissimilar to OG reddit or metafilter with upvoting. It ingests specific curated rss feeds from indieweb blogs, per their faq. They say they respect robots.txt and mine is set up in bearblog to block all crawlers including a heck of a lot of known AI company scrapers, but I'm still on the list so not sure if they're just ignoring the robots.txt from bearblog specifically.
