Andalucia & Seville 2026 – part 2: COSTA DE LA LUZ

This is an edited version of the guidelines my wife created for our 2026 vacations in Andalusia and Seville I told you in a previous post. The plan covers an 8 days trip, arriving in early afternoon in the Seville airport and going back home from the same airport in the second part of the afternoon the 8th day. During our stay we made some last minute modification to this program, which is very long and detailed. Day 1, Arrival Anyone who has already been to the Costa de la Luz or the Atlantic coast of Andalusia knows full well that on days when the easterly wind blows, it’s almost impossible to stay on the beach. Especially on these long, light-colored beaches, typical of the province of Cadiz, the fine sand blown by the Levante wind stings the skin of swimmers.
